Extraterrestrial beings, misinterpreted as Gods?

What are the definitions of “God” and those of an Alien? No one can say that these two terms cannot be combined or that a similar meaning does not defines them. God certainly is not from Earth, therefore is extraterrestrial: occurring or existing beyond the earth’s atmosphere, a being from beyond the earth’s atmosphere. It is not intended, since it is evidently not necessary, to spread the possibility that “Gods” have an extraterrestrial origin, and it does not involve in giving up a persons belief or principles. Some researchers even suggest that such possibility points to the contrary.

It is very likely that our civilization originated from another civilization that inhabited Earth much before history tells us. According to texts, “God” is a supernatural entity, creator of the universe with absolute power over it. Aliens can be defined as beings “strangers” to out Planet.

Today, we do not have ( or have seen) evidence of the existence of neither of those two aspects. We have ancient texts that mention both god and extraterrestrial beings but in different ways. It is up to the beliefs of each person where these aspects are divided or where they meet. But then again, our beliefs are a matter of faith, not evidence. Almost all religions speak of mysterious beings, messengers, gods, etc… even the Christian religion mentions the existence of creatures with the ability of flight. Usually, these gods or messengers were depicted with wings, although it is never clearly specified how these beings managed to fly.

Ancient Indian texts suggest that theories about flying beings and mysterious objects could actually turn out to be true. Religious theories state that a “God” or several “Gods” are responsible for the creation of life on planet Earth, these theories are reflected in ancient sacred texts such as the Bible, Popol Vuh and the Torah but even before these ancient texts, mysterious beings were described in ancient Egypt, Greece and other ancient civilizations around the globe. All of those stories speak of beings, who descended from the skies, to create mankind and civilization. Mysteriously, researchers have found evidence that these “sky beings” or “sky gods” came from constellations such as the Pleiades, Orion or Sirius.

Ancient Astronaut theorists suggest that ancient gods mentioned in these sacred texts are in fact extraterrestrial beings with highly advanced technologies who were misinterpreted as “Gods” by ancient mankind.

Imagine if we traveled today to ancient Egypt 2000-3000 years ago, arriving in jet planes, helicopters, with our tablets, smartphones and laser weapons. How would ancient people in Egypt interpret our technology, would they consider us as ordinary humans? It would make us stand out from the rest, giving us a notion of power, simply because, ancient humans back then, would not recognize our technology, they would not understand it, thus, it is very likely that ancient people would categorize us as “Gods” who came in flying birds with wings, producing smoke, fire and extreme noise upon landing… Much like the descriptions of ancient gods in Mesoamerica and Asia, when feathered serpents or Dragons arrived from the stars, creating chaos and havoc upon landing.

Today, as science advances, theology isn’t staying behind. The Catholic church for example, has releases a statement where they suggest that their beliefs do not go against astronomy and the possibility that there is life elsewhere in the universe. So we need to ask ourselves is it possible that some ancient texts that speak of gods and messengers from the heavens are actually misinterpretations that need to be re-analyzed and rethought? It might just turn out that we have missed, small details in history that could eventually answer many questions that are being raised both by religion, and science alike.

Researchers suggest: Humans are not from Earth

Many researchers have come to the conclusion that human beings are not from Earth.

After a balloon came back from a high altitude flight, it was covered with microscopic life forms that originated from space fueling debate about whether life on earth began here or elsewhere in space.

Other scientists have argued that life originated on Mars due to a mineral found in Martian meteorites, a concept that is crucial for the genesis of life. Another experiment showed that amino acids could have arrived with comet impacts, suggesting life could be widespread in our solar system.

A new book by American ecologist Dr. Ellis Silver – Humans are not from Earth looks at things differently. The author argues that humans may not be “natives” to Earth – and may have arrived separately from elsewhere. Silver provides arguments based on human physiology, suggesting that we have not evolved along with other life forms on Earth, but that we actually come from elsewhere in the universe, brought here by extraterrestrial beings tens of thousands of years ago.

1411034139583_wps_33_People_from_the_colonized

Does this sound crazy or provocative? Does it go against your beliefs? It should actually. We have to start looking at things in a different way if we want to understand our purpose and origin, and that is exactly what Silver, an environmentalist who is currently working in an effort to clean plastic waste in the Pacific ocean, wants to achieve, provoking a discussion among scientists. Silver has argued that his book is based on scientific work approaching the difference between humans and other animals.

“The Earth approximately meets our needs as a species, but perhaps not as strongly as whoever brought us here initially thought,” Silver said in an interview with Yahoo news.

Silver believes that some of the chronic diseases that affect the human race – such as back pain, could be a very important sign that suggests that humans actually evolved in a world with less gravity. Silver also talks about other unique human traits, like the fact that the heads of babies are relatively large that women have difficulty giving birth, in the past, this was often fatal for the mother, child or both.

Silver argues that no other native species on earth has this issue, pointing to the 223 extra genes in humans, genes that are not found in any other species.

earthview6

Silver believes that the human race has “serious flaws” that are evidence pointing towards the fact that we are not from this world.

“We are all chronically ill,” says Silver. “Indeed, if you can find a single person who is 100% fit and healthy and not suffering from some (perhaps hidden or unstated) condition or disorder (there’s an extensive list in the book) I would be extremely surprised – I have not been able to find anyone.”

“I believe that many of our problems stem from the simple fact that our internal body clocks have evolved to expect a 25 hour day (this has been proven by sleep researchers), but the Earth’s day is only 24 hours. This is not a modern condition – the same factors can be traced all the way back through mankind’s history on Earth.”

The book itself is interesting, but we have to look back at recent research in different fields that suggests that there is something anomalous in the human species. Many hidden links in the DNA could well suggest we are a species that was engineered or programmed.

8d030-black-dna-dna-double-helix-dna-helicase-abstract

There are numerous possibilities about our origins. In his book, Silver suggest that one of those possibilities might actually be Alpha Centauri, the closest star system to the sun.

Mankind is supposedly the most highly developed species on the planet, yet is surprisingly unsuited and ill-equipped for Earth’s environment: harmed by sunlight, a strong dislike for naturally occurring (raw) foods, ridiculously high rates of chronic disease, and more. Plus there’s a prevailing feeling among many people that they don’t belong here or that something “just isn’t right”.

“My thesis,” says Silver “proposes that mankind did not evolve from that particular strain of life, but evolved elsewhere and was transported to Earth (as fully evolved Homo sapiens) between 60,000 and 200,000 years ago.”

The debate about human origins is widespread and it is a discussion that has intensified in recent years. Simulation from supercomputers at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the US found that amino acids, the building blocks of life, could have reached Earth via comets or meteors, suggesting that there could be life on other planets and moons in or solar system, and even beyond.

Elongated skulls; Traces of an unknown species

In 1928 researchers found on the southern coast of Peru a cemetery that held the remains of 300 individuals with elongated skulls. The discovery was led by Peruvian archaeologist Julio Tello, and it is believed that the skulls may date from about 3,000 years ago. These are known today as the “Paracas skulls”.

Foerster has conducted thorough DNA analysis of these skulls he has provided new information on the issue.

craneo-de-paracas3

Intentional deformation? Yes perhaps, you are right, but there is more! Researchers determined that most of the skull are elongated as a result of intentional deformation. A constant force was applied to the cranium for a long time which caused them to assimilate an elongated skull. Strangely, the volume and weight of the skeletons is anything but normal. According to researchers, the cranial volume of the “Paracas Skulls” is up to 25% larger and 60% heavier than conventional human skulls. And there is more to the mysterious skulls. The human skull is composed of two parietal bones located between the frontal and occipital, forming the sides of the calvaria. The calvaria or also called skullcap, is made up of the superior portions of the frontal bone, occipital bone, and parietal bones. The “Paracas Skulls” only have one!

These differences show us that cranial deformation is unintentional, and makes the “Paracas Skulls” a highly debatable subject among researchers who according to their theories, have solid arguments that sustain their point of views. Yet, even though there are so many explanations regarding the elongated skulls, the “Paracas skulls” remain a mystery among scientists.

Further analysis provided interesting information.

The analysis conducted by Brien Foerster on mitochondrial DNA yielded surprising results. It turns out that the “Paracas Skulls” have unknown mutations not characteristically for any human being or any known animal to date.

craneos-patacas-piedra-del-misterio

“Whatever the sample labeled 3A has come from – it had mtDNA with mutations unknown in any human, primate or animal known so far. The data are very sketchy though and a LOT of sequencing still needs to be done to recover the complete mtDNA sequence. But a few fragments I was able to sequence from this sample 3A indicate that if these mutations will hold we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.. I am not sure it will even fit into the known evolutionary tree. The question is if they were so different, they could not interbreed with humans. Breeding within their small population, they may have degenerated due to inbreeding. That would explain buried children – they were either low or not viable.” -Brien Foerster

Researchers speculate that this could be a completely “new” being, very different to the Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and the Denisova hominid.

While there is a lot of interest in the elongated skull phenomena, much more research will need to be done to provide a conclusive answer that can explain once and for all the mysterious elongated skulls. Whether they are traces of a completely new species on Earth, or the remains of otherworldly beings is a debate between believers and disbelievers, between scientists and those who look at science from another perspective.

To understand the phenomena of the elongated skulls, we must exit our comfort zones and look at science from a completely different view.

Interbreeding Among Early Hominins

The evolutionary tree for modern humans a bit of a mess – humans haven’t had a close relative on this planet for over 10,000 years, but there used to be several other closely related species living at the same time. Genetic analyses on bone fragments from Neanderthals and Denisovans has given us new insight into our not-so-distant evolutionary past. The results indicate that not only did Denisovans and Neanderthals interbreed with modern Homo sapiens, but they also mated with an unidentified fourth hominin group. This information was presented to evolutionary geneticists last week for a meeting of the Royal Society.

Neanderthals emerged about 200,000 years ago and remains have been found throughout Europe, stretching into central Asia. While Neanderthals weren’t as cognitively advanced as Homo sapiens who emerged around the same time, they were probably the first hominins known to wear clothing, bury dead, and form languages. It has been traditionally thought that the last common ancestor of Homo sapiens and Neanderthals existed around 400,000 years ago, though new research suggests it could have been earlier.

Denisovans are an extinct group of hominins that are part of our evolutionary lineage. Our knowledge of them comes from bone fragments found in a cave that date back about 30,000-50,000 years. Though genetic analysis had been done a couple years ago, the results weren’t really clear. New techniques have yielded much more complete genetic sequences and two new studies have released different yet related results.

There is evidence of certain populations of humans alive today getting as much as 4% of their DNA from Denisovans, though there is some debate surrounding it. Additionally, there are people with ancestries outside of Africa that could have gotten about 2% of their genomes from Neanderthals, though there is some speculation with this as well.

Right now, the identity of this fourth early human group remains a mystery. They could have come from Asia, but that has not yet been made certain. Future research will hopefully identify this unknown population and help us better understand all of the different evolutionary inputs that make us who we are.

300+ Mind Expanding Documentaries

mind expanding docs

I watch a lot of documentaries. I think they are incredible tools for learning and increasing our awareness of important issues. The power of an interesting documentary is that it can open our minds to new possibilities and deepen our understanding of the world. On this list of mind expanding documentaries you will find different viewpoints, controversial opinions and even contradictory ideas. Critical thinking is recommended. I’m not a big fan of conspiracy documentaries but I do like films that challenge consensus reality and provoke us to question the everyday ideas, opinions and practices we usually take for granted.

Watching documentaries is one of my favorite methods of self-education. If I find a documentary inspiring, I usually spend more time researching the different ideas and interesting people interviewed in the film.

I hope you find these documentaries as enlightening as I did!

If you notice that a link is broken, please let me know in the comments and I’ll update it.

10 Mind-Bending Implications of the Many Worlds Theory

http://themindunleashed.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/many-worlrds-1050x656.jpg

In quantum physics—the scientific study of the nature of physical reality—there is plenty of room for interpretation within the realm of what is known. The most popular mainstream interpretation, the Copenhagen interpretation, has as one of its central tenets the concept of wave function collapse. That is to say, every event exists as a “wave function” which contains every possible outcome of that event, which “collapses”—distilling into the actual outcome, once it is observed. For example, if a room is unobserved, anything and everything that could possibly be in that room exists in “quantum superposition”—an indeterminate state, full of every possibility, at least until someone enters the room and observes it, thereby collapsing the wave function and solidifying the reality.

The role of the observer has long been a source of contention for those who disagree with the theory. The strongest competition to this interpretation, and probably the second most popular mainstream interpretation (meaning, a lot of incredibly smart people think it’s a sound theory) is called the Everett interpretation after Hugh Everett, who first proposed it in 1957. It’s known colloquially as the Many Worlds Interpretation (MWI), because it postulates simply that the wave function never collapses; it simply branches into its own unique world-line, resulting in every possible outcome of every situation existing in physical reality. If you’re having a hard time getting your head around that statement (and the fact that it’s held to be correct by the likes ofStephen Hawking), allow us to spell out some of the implications for you—but first, you may want to plug your ears to hold your brains in.

10. THERE IS A MULTIVERSE, AN INFINITE NUMBER OF PARALLEL PHYSICAL REALITIES

Multiverse-4You’re probably familiar with the concept of “alternate universes,” and if so, probably because you’ve seen it in fiction. After all, one of the very first instances of the concept appeared in DC comics, first touched upon in a couple of issues of Wonder Woman, but firmly established in a 1961 issue ofThe Flash. The fictional “Multiverse” concept established by DC, and taken further by Marvel, is simply the concept that there exists infinite alternate realities, each containing separate and unique versions of their characters, which exist outside one another and often cross over.

This is the Many Worlds Interpretation of quantum mechanics in a nutshell (without the crossing over, so far as we know). It states that since the wave function never collapses, every possible outcome of any event is realized in a separate and non-communicating physical reality, which actually exists alongside our own. It is interesting to note that this seemingly coincidental use of alternate realities, perfectly describing MWI, was put forth in a fictional medium just four years after Everett’s initial proposal of the interpretation. If MWI is correct, it is certainly not a coincidence—for fiction may be more than just made-up stories, as we’ll see later.

At any rate, this means that there is a version of you whose car broke down this morning, forcing you to take the bus (or, if that happened this morning, then vice versa). There’s also a version of you who was attacked by a dive-bombing kamikaze bald eagle, for this doesn’t just apply to mundane stuff; as a necessary consequence of Many Worlds, it must hold that…

9. HIGHLY UNUSUAL, UNLIKELY EVENTS MUST HAPPEN

CreateproductthumbnailLet’s consider an NFL football game being played. Assume that every time the quarterback throws the ball, there is a gigantic invisible die being rolled, a die which contains an infinite amount of values. The most common, likely outcomes—receiver catches the ball and scores, catches the ball but gets tackled, ball is intercepted, and so on—are assigned to a very high number, perhaps billions, of values. Very unlikely outcomes—say, the ball bounces off of the sole of the sprinting receiver’s shoe as he is hit by a linebacker, is barely scooped up off the turf by a running back, who somehow eludes all the tacklers and scores—are assigned to a low number of values. But crucially, they are still assigned.

MWI concludes that all values are rolled in some timeline somewhere, even the most unlikely ones—and inevitably, the timeline where the low-probability value gets rolled will be ours. As evidenced by the play described above, which totally happened and decided the outcome of a divisional playoff game.
And there is no ceiling of improbability, other than physics—whatever could possibly occur.

We have no way of knowing whether or not even those physical laws remain consistent across all possible world-lines, because we unfortunately can’t communicate with or visit them to ask. So even when confronted with circumstances that appear to be impossible, like a glowing ball of light that shoots fireballs at a police helicopter, or a missing woman unknowingly standing in the background of a photo being taken of her family for a newspaper story about her disappearance, it helps to remember that nothing is impossible on a large enough scale—indeed, given an infinite number of chances, literally anything you can imagine is not only possible, but inevitable. And just as inevitably, the impossible or unimaginable—given billions upon billions of chances—will happen here in our world-line. Which leads to a couple of interesting observations about human nature…

8. YOU HAVE DONE AND/OR WILL DO EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER CONCEIVE OF

Clones-CopyIf you find it impossible to imagine a man inexplicably killing a bunch of people for no reason, or someone surviving injuries that would destroy a normal person five times over, or a pilot managing to land an airplane with all controls restricted or disabled without incurring any major injuries, you may be finding it a little less impossible now—considering what we know about how probability works in a Multiverse. But as soon as we begin to apply this to ourselves personally, the implications threaten to become overwhelming; for there are billions of versions of you—all of which are undeniably you—but many of which are very, very different from the “you” of this world-line.

The differences between those versions are as staggering and vast as your imagination, and the reality of their existence forces us to examine human nature a bit differently. Of course, you would never kill anybody (we hope), but have you ever thought about it? There is a world-line where you did. In fact, there’s a world-line where you’re the worst mass murderer ever. Conversely, there’s another where your tireless efforts and dedication to the cause brought about world peace. Did you have a band in high school? That band is the dominant musical force on the planet, somewhere. Have you always kind of wondered what would have happened had you mustered the guts to ask out that one girl or guy that one time? Well, you get the idea.

This could actually explain a lot: strong feelings of deja vu, feelings of a close connection with someone you’ve never met, morbid fascinations with things that should repulse us, or even instances of people acting strongly “out of character” in our own worldline. For as we will see, some may have a degree of “resonance” with other world-lines or versions of themselves, which can bring about the knowledge that:

7. YOU’RE NO DIFFERENT FROM ANYONE

Ripples-In-PondHinduism, along with some other schools of religious and philosophical thought, teaches the concept of reincarnation—that we as human beings manifest physically on Earth multiple times, that we can learn from our past and future “lives,” and that such learning is in fact the purpose of our existence. This belief system can be seen as an intuitive understanding of the Multiverse; and given our previous assertion about you being a mass murderer, it can be comforting to know that the experience of all facets of human nature is an explicit part of our growth.

Of course, this is not to say that anyone should kill people or engage in any other immoral behavior—after all, the purpose of this continued cycle of learning (according to Hindu belief) is to eventually learn all that there is to learn, and transcend our physical existence. Ideally, we learned many lifetimes (world-lines) ago all there was to learn from indulging the dark side of our nature.
But the kicker here is that our experience is our experience (an idea we’ll get to in a little more detail shortly)—and that all of human experience must be realized by every one of us before we can move on to wherever it is we’re moving on to.

While some believe that our destination is a type of eventual godhood, wherein we all get to preside over a universe of our own creation, others believe that the cycle simply repeats—that once everything runs down and heat death results in the destruction of all realities, our accumulated knowledge will be used to restart the cycle and create the next Multiverse. Which, of course, means that…

6. ALL OF THIS MAY HAVE HAPPENED BEFORE (AND MAY HAPPEN AGAIN)

Screen Shot 2013-02-22 At 8.22.46 PmIf reality is a continuous cycle—along the lines of “Big Bang, expansion, contraction, collapse, Big Bang again”—then, given what we believe about the Multiverse and its infinite world-lines, you have existed before. In fact, all the infinite versions of you have existed before, and will exist again—and the same goes for all of us, along with every possible idea, creation and situation throughout all of our past and future, across all realities.

In one fell swoop, this concept explains instances of both deja vu and strong feelings of predestination. Even if deja vu seems meaningless and random, and the premonition turns out to be incorrect, these things are only true of our particular world-line—and it appears that some people (or all people, just to varying degrees) are able to achieve some degree of “resonance” with alternate world-lines—another concept that first appeared in comic books.

Indeed, one of the more common forms of deja vu involves experiencing an event which we recognize from having previously dreamed it. While seen by some as precognition, this really suggests resonance with alternate (or identical but previous) world-lines—especially when you consider that the“dream world” may be seen as an alternate world-line itself, and one just as real as the waking world.

Of course, if everything that exists or will exist has already existed, this leads to the conclusion that…

 5. THERE ARE NO NEW STORIES, SONGS, EVENTS OR ANYTHING ELSE

BookbirdsMany writers of storiessongs and other artistic types describe a feeling of the pieces that they craft already existing, fully formed, waiting for the artist to come along and excavate them like fossils. In an infinite Multiverse, this makes perfect sense, for this is exactly what the pieces are.

Art is a uniquely human endeavor, and one that strives to communicate aspects of the human experience that may be difficult or impossible to communicate by other means. While it is not possible to accurately describe in any language what love “feels like,” there are plenty of ways to communicate this in art—indeed, it is through artistic expressions that resonate with us (that word again) that many of us develop our first notions of the nature of love—and that’s only one example. How should it be possible for an artist to communicate effectively, through a story, song or painting, an emotion that the reader, listener or observer has never felt before?

In our Multiverse, this is explained by the fact that these expressions of human emotion, thought, and perspective have essentially always existed, for as long as the impulses that spawned them have existed. This very piece of writing, which has been written before in order to guide another version of you to knowledge that you already have, can stand as a perfect example.

For that matter, consider the possibility that stories aren’t just stories. The Marvel Comics Multiverse acknowledges the existence of our world-line, one where superheroes don’t exist but are merely stories in books and movies. It could very well be that—since physical laws may be very different in other world-lines—these are not stories at all, but actual people and events transcribed from other realities. This goes for anything ever “imagined” or “created”—there exist world-lines where Hogwarts School and Harry Potter, Camp Crystal Lake and Jason Voorhees, Gotham City and Batman, all exist in physical reality.

And if you’re thinking that this line of reasoning—everything exists, nothing is ever created—implies that nothing is ever destroyed, well.

4. YOU ARE TECHNICALLY IMMORTAL

BraingridcircuitboardThat is exactly what it implies. The fact of our immortality in a Multiverse can be illustrated in various ways. For one thing, the First Law of Thermodynamics states that energy (such as the electrical charges generated by your brain, or the heat your body produces) cannot be created or destroyed, but simply changes form—implying that the energy that powers your body must go somewhere when it leaves, and that consciousness cannot be destroyed, but is infinite. For another, consider the thought experiment known as Quantum Immortality.

In this experiment (preceded by “thought” for a reason; for crying out loud, don’t try this), an experimenter sits in front of a device which is programmed, with 50/50 probability, to either discharge a device which kills the experimenter, or produce a click (in which case, of course, the experimenter survives). In the second case, the experimenter and all observers experience the same outcome- a click, and nothing else. But in the first—since (assuming MWI is correct) it is not possible for the experimenter to experience termination of consciousness (because consciousness is infinite)—while any observers will see the experimenter killed, the experimenter himself will experience the first outcome, the harmless click, on another world-line. Said experimenter can never experience a different outcome, and thus—no matter how unlikely it becomes after repeated attempts—will always survive the experiment, from his point of view.

This means that while we will all experience dying, we will never experience death—the termination of our consciousness. How can this be? It calls into question the very nature of consciousness, which leads us to the very real possibility that…

3. WE ARE A PROJECTION OF OURSELVES

F7E51F07In the late 1970s, physicist David Bohm formulated a theory describing what he called the Implicate and Explicate orders of existence. This theory, which is consistent with MWI, states that there is an enfolded or “Implicate” order of existence which encapsulates all of consciousness, and that there is a corresponding “Explicate” order of existence which comprises all that we physically see and experience, and is the projection of the enfolded “Implicate” order.

Bohm arrived at the controversial conclusion (along with physicist Karl Pribram, who arrived at the same conclusion independently) that the entirety of observable existence is basically the mother of all holograms. Just as a laser filtered through an encoded film produces a hologram, our collective energy of the implicate order (the laser) filtered through our human consciousness (the film) produces the explicate, physical reality (hologram).

Michael Talbot’s excellent book The Holographic Universe examines this and many other aspects of Bohm and Pribram’s theories in detail, but the overarching and inescapable conclusion—which you have likely already drawn yourself—is that:

2. WE COLLECTIVELY CREATE PHYSICAL REALITY

Hinduism-Philosophy-GodIf the Explicate is but a “projection” of the Implicate, then we—our physical selves, and indeed all of physical reality—are a “projection” of our true, unfiltered consciousness. One that we all play a hand in creating, whether we know it or not, all the time.

This one notion explains practically everything that “can’t be explained” about the world we see. Supernatural phenomena, meaningful coincidences, psychic activity—literally anything and everything makes sense when one realizes that this reality is essentially a dream, dreamed by the most powerful consciousness imaginable.

If this is the true nature of physical reality—as suggested for centuries by Hindu scholars, intuited by generations of artists and philosophers, and articulated as well as possible by our most brilliant scientific minds—then there is only one statement left to be made. Probably not coincidentally, one that was made previously as a seemingly throwaway lyric in a 1967 song, by one of our greatest artists…

1. NOTHING IS REAL

Surreal-13Throughout the history of artistic and philosophical expression, one concept rises to the surface, especially in works that are particularly influential or have a great deal of longevity. From “Strawberry Fields Forever” to Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi’s butterfly dream, to Descartes’ assertion that “I think, therefore I am” to Bill Hicks’ great “Life Is A Ride” speech, and even inchildren’s nursery rhymes—life is but a dream. A powerful dream, and one containing an infinite number of lessons for us—but a dream nonetheless.

After all, if everything—Atlantis, Luke Skywalker, your neighbor Bill—is as real as everything else, then what is reality but what we perceive? And what is our perception, if not our creation?

I know that we have to process a lot here, but do keep in mind that there are almost certainly billions of versions of you mulling over the answer to this question; and that given billions of chances to find the answer, one of your versions eventually will—as will we all.

CONFIRMED: Aliens come to Earth from Space

Christof Lehmann (nsnbc) , – Rumors that Alien life forms have visited Earth have circulated for decades. “Disclosure” has been forecast with regular intervals while others conclude that “the world´s major governments will never disclose” the presence of alien life because of political and cultural implications. Today we can confirm: Alien Lifeforms are visiting Earth and have done so for a very long time”.

No, the extraterrestrial biological entities dicovered by the Sheffield University scientists don´t look like this.

The Aliens, discovered by the Sheffield scientists have no slanted eyes, like this one, but may change the way we perceive ourselves as individuals and as human beings, and our place in the universeaniways.

No, the Aliens, or at least the ones which have been disclosed, do not have slanted eyes or look like anything even close to to the so-called grays. Neither do they, or at least the ones which have been discovered and “disclosed”, have known, telepathic abilities, abduct, anal probe, or provide spiritual guidance to human beings.

Their discovery, however, has none the less the potential to bring about a paradigm change with regards to how human beings perceive themselves, one another, and our place on earth and in the vastness of the universe.

Behind the discovery of  ”the Aliens” are researchers from the University of Sheffield. The Sheffield scientists have found evidence of microscopic organisms, living 27 km high in the Earth’s atmosphere, “discloses” an article in the Journal of Cosmology.

Milton Wainwright, from the Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, who is the author of the “Alien Study”, said:

“Most people will assume that these biological particles must just have drifted up to the stratosphere from Earth, but it is generally accepted that a particle of that size cannot be lifted from Earth to heights of, for example, 27 km. … The only possibility might be a violent volcanic eruption that pushed those particles up, but none of that has happened during the three years that the scientists have been collecting samples. … We can only conclude that the biological entities originated from space”.

Unless new research confirms hitherto unknown mechanisms to elevate particles from Earth to the alien height of, for example 27 km, which would be the only logical alternative to Wainwright’s hypothesis, is must be considered as confirmed and disclosed, that Alien life forms are and have been visiting Earth for a considerable amount of time. Wainwright’s team concludes:

“Our conclusion then is that life is continually arriving to Earth from space, life is not restricted to this planet and it almost certainly did not originate here”.

The discovery of the “Aliens” or “Extraterrestrial Biological Entities” at a height of 27 km in Earth’s stratosphere gives renewed credence to the theory of pan-spermia, meaning that life forms can travel throughout the vastness of the universe and so to speak “impregnate” environments which are conducivefor hosting and the development of life forms. The discovery might also solve other mysteries which have puzzled scientists. Such as the appearance of the first known life forms on Earth.

The first known life forms were single celled bacteria without a nucleus to hold their DNA. These prokaryotes can be found in the fossil record from about 4.0 billion years ago. About 2.0 billion years later bacteria with a nucleus, the eukaryotes appeared without any known evolutionary pathway from the one to the other.

The British Astrophysicist Fred Hoyle wrote in Darwin´s Black Box,  that the likelihood of organic molecules spontaneously assembling themselves into a living organism is equal to the likelihood of a tornado sweeping through a junkyard and correctly assembling a Boeing 747.  The discovery of the extraterrestrial biological entities, 27 km above sea level, may help answer many questions about the appearance of life on Earth, but it does not begin to answer whether a tornado had its chance in a universal junkyard or not.

Hiroshima - The impossibility to grasp the scale of human suffering and dehumanization

Hiroshima – The impossibility to grasp the scale of human suffering and dehumanization

What the study seems to confirm is, that life is bound to exist throughout the universe and that we are not alone. There is someone out there, and the most though provoking aspect of the “Disclosure of Alien Life visiting Earth” is the following question.

How would a highly advanced civilization, which has survived its infancy and technological development to the degree that they are capable of traversing galaxies without blowing their planet and themselves to kingdom come first, perceive homo sapiens sapiens, the crown of evolution, creation or whatever one “believes in to be the truth”, and whose most preferred activity seems to be tribal warfare. Would they welcome our brand of universal friendship with open arms, or would they quarantine our planet until we have reached adulthood or blown ourselves away?

DNA Analysis Of Paracas Elongated Skulls Released. The Results Prove They Were Not Human

Paracas is a desert peninsula located within the Pisco Province in the Ica Region, on the south coast of Peru.

Resized-PXVNL
It is here were Peruvian archaeologist, Julio Tello, made an amazing discovery in 1928, a massive and elaborate graveyard containing tombs filled with the remains of individuals with the largest elongated skulls found anywhere in the world.

These have come to be known as the ‘Paracas skulls’. In total, Tello found more than 300 of these elongated skulls, which are believed to date back around 3,000 years.

A DNA analysis has now been conducted on one of the skulls and expert Brien Foerster has released preliminary information regarding these enigmatic skulls.

It is well-known that most cases of skull elongation are the result of cranial deformation, head flattening, or head binding, in which the skull is intentionally deformed by applying force over a long period of time.

It is usually achieved by binding the head between two pieces of wood, or binding in cloth.

However, while cranial deformation changes the shape of the skull, it does not alter its volume, weight, or other features that are characteristic of a regular human skull. The Paracas skulls, however, are different.

The cranial volume is up to 25 percent larger and 60 percent heavier than conventional human skulls, meaning they could not have been intentionally deformed through head binding/flattening.

Resized-ULXVK
They also contain only one parietal plate, rather than two. The fact that the skulls’ features are not the result of cranial deformation means that the cause of the elongation is a mystery, and has been for decades.

Mr. Juan Navarro, owner and director of the local museum, called the Paracas History Museum, which houses a collection of 35 of the Paracas skulls, allowed the taking of samples from 5 of the skulls.

The samples consisted of hair, including roots, a tooth, skull bone and skin, and this process was carefully documented via photos and video. The samples were sent to the late Lloyd Pye, founder of the Starchild Project, who delivered the samples to a geneticist in Texas for DNA testing.

Resized-KA623
The results are now back, and Brien Foerster, author of more than ten books and an authority on the ancient elongated headed people of South America, has just revealed the preliminary results of the analysis.

He reports on the geneticist’s findings:

“It had mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA) with mutations unknown in any human, primate, or animal known so far.”

“But a few fragments I was able to sequence from this sample indicate that if these mutations will hold we are dealing with a new human-like creature, very distant from Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans.”

“The implications are huge.”

“I am not sure it will even fit into the known evolutionary tree,” the geneticist wrote.

He added that if the Paracas individuals were so biologically different, they would not have been able to interbreed with humans.

The results need to be replicated and more analysis undertaken before final conclusions can be drawn. We will update when more details emerge.

Light Skin Genes Evolved More Recently Than Previously Thought – DNA Study

Light Skin Genes Europeans photo

Artistic depiction of dark skinned Europeans

AFRICANGLOBE – An ancient European hunter-gatherer man had dark skin and blue eyes, a new genetic analysis has revealed.

The analysis of the man, who lived in modern-day Spain only about 7,000 years ago, shows light-skin genes in Europeans evolved much more recently than previously thought.

The findings, which were detailed in the journal Nature, also hint that light skin evolved not to adjust to the lower-light conditions in Europe compared with Africa, but instead to the new diet that emerged after the agricultural revolution, said study co-author Carles Lalueza-Fox, a paleogenomics researcher at Pompeu Fabra University in Spain.

Sunlight Changes

Many scientists have believed that lighter skin gradually arose in Europeans starting around 40,000 years ago, soon after people left tropical Africa for Europe’s higher latitudes. The hunter-gatherer’s dark skin pushes this date forward to only 7,000 years ago, suggesting that at least some humans lived considerably longer than thought in Europe before losing the beautiful dark pigmentation that evolved under Africa’s sun.

“It was assumed that the lighter skin was something needed in high latitudes, to synthesize vitamin D in places where UV light is lower than in the tropics,” said Lalueza-Fox.

Scientists had assumed this was true because people need vitamin D for healthy bones, and can synthesize it in the skin with energy from the sun’s UV rays, but darker skin, like that of the hunter-gatherer man, prevents UV-ray absorption.

But the new discovery shows that latitude alone didn’t drive the evolution of Europeans’ light skin. If it had, light skin would have become widespread in Europeans millennia earlier, Lalueza-Fox said.

Mysterious Find

In 2006, hikers discovered two male skeletons buried in a labyrinthine cave known as La Braña-Arintero, in the Cantabrian Mountains of Spain.

At first, officials thought the skeletons may have been recent murder victims. But then, an analysis revealed the skeletons were about 7,000 years old, and had no signs of trauma. The bodies were covered with red soil, characteristic of Paleolithic burial sites, Lalueza-Fox said.

At the time of the discovery, genetic techniques weren’t advanced enough to analyze the skeletons. Several years later, the team revisited the skeletons and extracted DNA from a molar tooth in one skeleton. (The other skeleton had been sitting in water for millennia, so his DNA was more degraded, Lalueza-Fox said.)

Blue Eyes, Dark Skin

The new analysis of that DNA now shows the man had the gene mutation for blue eyes, but not the European mutations for lighter skin.

The DNA also shows that the man was more closely related to modern-day northern Europeans than to southern Europeans.

The discovery may explain why baby blues are more common in Scandinavia. It’s been thought that poor conditions in northern Europe delayed the agricultural revolution there, so Scandinavians may have more genetic traces of their hunter-gatherer past — including a random blue-eye mutation that emerged in the small population of ancient hunter-gatherers, Lalueza-Fox said.

Skin Changes

The finding implies that for most of their evolutionary history, Europeans were not what many people today would call ‘Caucasian’, said Guido Barbujani, president of the Associazione Genetica Italiana in Ferrara, Italy, who was not involved in the study.

Instead, “what seems likely, then, is that the dietary changes accompanying the so-called Neolithic revolution, or the transition from food collection to food production, might have caused, or contributed to cause, this change,” Barbujani said.

In the food-production theory, the cereal-rich diet of Neolithic farmers lacked vitamin D, so Europeans rapidly lost their dark-skin pigmentation only once they switched to agriculture, because it was only at that point that they had to synthesize vitamin D from the sun more readily.

Fascinating New Study Shows How Emotions Are Mapped On The Human Body

Emotions coordinate our behavior and physiological states during survival-salient events and pleasurable interactions. Even though we are often consciously aware of our current emotional state, such as anger or happiness, the mechanisms giving rise to these subjective sensations have remained unresolved. Brilliant research by Finnish scientists has mapped the areas of our body that are experiencing an increase or decrease in sensory activity when we experience a particular emotion.

bodymap428

Depending on whether we are happy, sad or angry, we have physiological sensations that are not located in different areas of the body. We overlook this reality from one day to the next (the famous “lump in the breast” generated by anxiety, the feeling of warmth that pervades our face and our cheeks particularly when we feel the shame…), and do not consciously realize how much the location of these body areas activated by our emotions and how they vary considerably depending on the nature of the emotion.

Researchers around the world are slowly integrating research on how ourenergetic and emotional states cause health and/or disease. How we connect emotionally to our overall wellness and wellbeing may indeed be more relevant than any supplement, food, exercise, medical intervention or health treatment.

Finnish scientists have for the first time mapped areas of the body activated according to each emotion (happiness, sadness, anger, etc). This map was compiled following a study of 700 Finnish, Swedish and Taiwanese volunteers.

They used a topographical self-report tool to reveal that different emotional states are associated with topographically distinct and culturally universal bodily sensations; these sensations could underlie conscious emotional experiences. Monitoring the topography of emotion-triggered bodily sensations brings forth a unique tool for emotion research and could even provide a biomarker for emotional disorders.

Participants were first asked to watch video sequences associated with different emotions and identify parts of their body where they felt an increase or decrease of bodily sensations.

Emotions are often felt in the body, and somatosensory feedback has been proposed to trigger conscious emotional experiences. The resulting map shows that each type of emotion activates a network of specific areas of the body, distinct from those activated by other types of emotions.

Every type of emotion carries a specific unique energy and a different vibrational frequency. All organs, tissues, membranes, glands, cells, vibrate in precise frequencies in the human body and they are all influenced by our emotions.

Different emotions were consistently associated with statistically separable bodily sensation maps across experiments. These maps were concordant across West European and East Asian samples. Statistical classifiers distinguished emotion-specific activation maps accurately, confirming independence of topographies across emotions.

The body map shows emotions such as anger are mainly active in the chest, the lower part of the face and arms, with particular intensity on the hands. On disgust, it activates the body areas which are mainly concentrated around the mouth and throat. As for love, three areas are concerned, the face, chest and lower abdomen. Finally, happiness is probably the most significant emotion that solicits our enitre body to respond, as the study shows that it generates bodily sensations in all areas, especially on the face and chest.

The body map identifies areas in which the people experienced increased sensory activity when emotion is felt, but also lists the areas that are home to a decrease in sensory activity. Thus, we learn that the emotions associated with depression have the effect of generating a feeling of decline in sensory activity in the arms and legs.

The results obtained by the research show a remarkable consistency in results, suggesting that the mechanisms underlying bodily sensations that we perceive when we experience a particular emotion are likely dictated by energetic patterns and biology rather than culture.

The researchers proposed that emotions represented in the somatosensory system are culturally universal categorical somatotopic maps. Perception of these emotion-triggered bodily changes may play a key role in generating consciously felt emotions.

This work was published December 31, 2013 in the journal Proceedings of The National Academy of Sciences under the title “Bodily maps of emotions” .
